1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IoTTrust España's compliance platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

IoTTrust provides a compliance management platform that helps organizations assess, track, and prove compliance with EU cybersecurity regulations including GDPR, NIS2, DORA, CRA, and ENS.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IoTTrust España and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect your information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect Service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IoTTrust España shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
